| 内容記述 | A scheme was worked out for classwork in which supermarket leaflets are used to survey the situation of food self-sufficiency in Japan. This approach yields the results relatively close to actual self-sufficiency (based on weight) and uses familiar materials that may help realize the actual situation of food self-supply. Therefore, it may conceivably stimulate interests in food selfsufficiency. | |||||
