| 内容記述 | To prevent lifestyle-related diseases, citizens have to develop a health consciousness according to the Stages of Change（SC） of Prochaskaʼs Model（PM）. The purpose of this study was to review previous studies on this field and to identify the factors that make public health nurses possible to progress effectively SC of the target population. The results showed that progressing SC may be influenced by the constructs of PM: Decisional balance, Self-efficacy and Processes of change. The community to which the target belongs on, also, may influence the progress of SC. However, the concept of PM and SC arenʼt effectively utilized to progress behavioral change in the actual health guidance field. Therefore, for public health nurses to support targets to develop desirable lifestyle habits, it is required to elucidate the factors that affect progressing SC, without being tied to the constructs of PM. | |||||
